STILLPOINT HEALTH
Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations, missed appointments and refunds are handled, for individual consultations and for membership care.
Last updated 22 September 2026
This page is a summary written for the website. The agreements you sign before care begins, the Visit Consent Packet or the Member Onboarding Packet and Membership Agreement, are the documents that govern your care.
Where anything on this page differs from those signed agreements, the signed agreements apply.

REFUNDS

-
Missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable.
03 Membership care
Applies to membership-based care.
HOW BILLING WORKS
-
Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method on file.
-
Membership fees support provider availability, communication access, administrative support and other services associated with the selected membership level. They are not based solely on the number of visits, messages or services used during a billing period.
-
Unused membership benefits do not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing.
CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
-
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, by email or through the patient portal.
-
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
-
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
-
Cancellation does not remove responsibility for any fees incurred before the cancellation takes effect.
PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
One membership freeze may be permitted per calendar year and may not exceed three consecutive months. Membership benefits are suspended during an approved freeze period.
NON-PAYMENT
Memberships may be suspended for non-payment.
04 Insurance
Stillpoint Health does not bill insurance carriers and does not submit insurance claims. Consultations and memberships are paid directly, and you are responsible for all fees and related costs.
Laboratory testing is separate, and standard labs are often covered by PPO insurance depending on your individual plan and benefits.
05 Billing questions and disputes
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us directly at support@stillpoint-health.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Signed agreements, invoices, appointment records and communication records may be used to respond to payment disputes. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred for services provided, regardless of any payment dispute initiated with a financial institution.
