CONSULTATION ENQUIRIES
The consultation form on this website asks for your name, your email address and a short description of what brings you here. You choose what to include. Please keep it brief and avoid sending detailed medical information through the form.
INQUIRIES ABOUT A MINOR
If your inquiry concerns someone under 18, it should be submitted by their parent or legal guardian. This website is intended to be used by adults.
APPOINTMENTS
If you book an appointment, the booking system collects the information needed to schedule and confirm it.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Stripe, and payment information is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. A payment method you provide may be securely stored through Stripe for future billing, cancellation fees or other authorized charges.

Email, text message and voicemail are convenient, but they are not fully secure. Electronic communication carries inherent privacy risks despite reasonable security measures, and you remain responsible for the security of your own devices and email accounts.
